The EBMT Nurses Group is delighted to offer 6 special grants of up to €1000 for young nurses, new to the field of HCT, to attend the upcoming 50th Annual Meeting of the EBMT in-person in Glasgow from 14-17 April, 2024.
Applications are now open and close on Sunday, 31 March 2024 at 23:59 CEST. Applications received after this time will not be reviewed.
Please note the following application criteria and rules before applying:
- Working at an EBMT member centre in the field of BMT and cell therapy 2-5 years
- Working in a clinical role
- Active on Social Media with experience of using this medium for professional communication
- Under 35 years of age
- Able to attend the Annual Meeting 2024 in-person in Glasgow
- You can only apply to one scholarship or grant each year. Any applicant who applies to more than one scholarship or grant will be rejected
- If you have previously applied for or been awarded a scholarship/grant you must state this in your application. Failure to do so, may result in the scholarship offer being withdrawn
- Successful applicants are required to deliver a very brief presentation on their experiences at the 50th Annual Meeting of the EBMT during the closing session OR to provide a written article for the Post-Congress Bulletin.
The grant will provide funding of up to €1000, which will be allocated to reimburse cost(s) for the meeting registration, accommodation and travel. Valid receipts must be kept and presented in order to receive reimbursement.
