Nursing Scientific Committee
Hello, I’m Laura Ricketts. I work as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Blood and Marrow Transplantation at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, UK.
I am passionate about ensuring BMT specific education for both nurses and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) and showcasing the influence nurses and AHPs alike can have through their roles in research. I recognise that sharing knowledge and experience will guide how we care for this complex patient group in the future and hope that by forming part of the Nurses Group Scientific Committee this will allow a greater opportunity for me to contribute to this personally.
