The Board of Association is the administrative body responsible for defining the strategic direction of the EBMT and running operations and decisions that are not due to be taken by the General Assembly. Its responsibilities include:
- Defining the Strategic Plan of the EBMT for the approval of the GA
- Approving the Plan and Annual Budget
- Supervising the Executive Committee
- Implementing decisions regarding Plans and Budget
