GoCART: Clinical case discussion series on CART

Upcoming clinical case discussion for physicians and nurses

Physicians

The GoCART Coalition, it’s cofounders EBMT and EHA, together with King Faisal Hospital Riyadh are organising a series of educational clinical case discussions on CAR-T cell therapies. In each meeting, we will present and discuss 2 cases to help meeting participants gain from the experiences of experts in the field. Cases may focus on suitability of CART, bridging or toxicity management and decision for further therapies.

Clinical Case Discussion - 10th Edition

The GoCART Coalition is back with the 10th edition of the Clinical Case Discussion Series on CAR-T therapies. In this webinar, we will again discuss two real-life cases with our expert panel. These instructive examples give an indication of the challenges and decision-making process in these cases.

In the meeting, we had Dr. Ulrich Jäger, Dr. Gabriel Brisou and Dr Valentín Ortiz-Maldonado as our panel experts. We discussed two real-life clinical cases as instructive examples of CAR-T cell treatments, toxicity management and outcomes. This panel of experts was moderated by Dr Syed Osman Ahmed.

Marion Subklewe and Dr. Sara Mastaglio as our panel experts. We discussed two real-life clinical cases as instructive examples of CAR-T cell treatments, toxicity management and outcomes. This panel of experts will be moderated by Dr Syed Osman Ahmed.

Clinical Case Discussion - 4th edition

The meeting was hosted by Dr. Osman Ahmed and Drs. Locatelli, Ghorashian and Bader as our panel experts!  We discussed two real-life paediatric clinical cases as instructive examples of CAR T-cell treatments, toxicity management and outcomes. Our previous meetings have shown that the Clinical Case Discussion series are valuable to trainees as well as established physicians. “From paper to the exciting and sometimes difficult reality of CAR T cells, please join our GoCART expert panel meeting for practical insights.”

The GoCART Coalition and the EBMT Nurses Group are launching a monthly live and interactive webinar series on CAR-T therapies. Each of our invited nurse experts will focus on a specific topic area with an introductory presentation explaining the theoretical background followed by a case study to highlight the ‘in practice’ learning.

This was our sixth webinar of this nurses' webinar series on CAR-T therapies which will cover infective complications following CAR-T. This live webinar was only 30 minutes but provided an interesting case study to highlight 'in practice' learning and a Q&A.

GoCART Nurses Best Practice Sharing Discussion – 5th Edition

This was our fifth webinar of this nurses webinar series on CAR-T cell therapies which focused on bridging therapies. This live webinar was only 30 minutes but provided an interesting case study to highlight 'in practice' learning and a Q&A with the case presenter Maxime Berquier, along with panel experts Ruth Clout and Michelle Kenyon. Registration was open to EBMT members, non-members and nurses.
