Considering the global COVID-19 pandemic and its extensive worldwide impact, the EBMT is very happy to announce the upcoming 1st Virtual EBMT Midterm Focus Meeting on Non-Malignant Diseases that will be held from the 8th to 10th of July 2020.
The general aim of the meeting is to provide, for each topic covered a general session on the currently accepted standard of care for each disorder together with nurse specific topics.
This virtual event will cover several topics such as sickle cell disease, Fanconi anemia and DBA; immune dysregulation, non SCID PIDs, inherited metabolic disorders, complications and outcomes, overlap of bone marrow failure and PID, and thalassemia, as well as a special keynote lecture on hemochromatosis and iron metabolism.
The faculty includes key experts and represents the leaders in their respective fields.
We invite you all to attend this exciting meeting and encourage all the participants to connect from the 3rd of July to watch the pre-recorded presentations and send in your questions. During the live sessions, from 8th to 10th of July, you will have some answers and enjoy a discussion on each topic. All presentations will be available on-demand for a month after the event.

Please note that only participants who attend the live sessions during the virtual meeting will receive the certificate of attendance.
