The purpose of the EBMT Pharmacist Committee's survey is to assess the extent of clinical pharmacists' and pharmacologists' involvement in HSCT in Europe on the basis of the 2020 published ”Consensus recommendations for the role and competencies of the EBMT clinical pharmacist and clinical pharmacologist involved in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation“ (Bone Marrow Transplant, 2020 Jan;55(1):62-69).
