The Quality Managers Committee (QMC) is pleased to announce the launch of its first-ever podcast, kicking off the brand-new series Inside JACIE: Quality in Practice.
The debut episode, “Quality at the Core: The Essential Role of Quality Managers in JACIE Certification,” is hosted by Anne Emmett and features two engaging guests:
- Evi Sprangers, sharing perspectives, experiences, and challenges from the centre’s viewpoint
- Rachel Luke, providing valuable insights from the inspector’s side
Together, they offer a dynamic discussion that sets the stage for the series, underscoring the pivotal role of Quality Managers in achieving and sustaining JACIE accreditation.
