Despite advances in CAR-T therapies, access and experience remain uneven across Europe. Some regions lack the infrastructure or clinical expertise to deliver these treatments effectively. To address this, we have developed the GoCART Observership Programme to help bridge this gap by:
- Educating and training the next generation of CAR-T experts
- Promoting standardisation in education and quality of care
- Supporting collaboration between CAR-T centres across Europe
The GoCART Observership Programme supports physicians from emerging CAR-T centres to conduct 1-2 week placements at experienced CAR-T institutions. The goal is to facilitate knowledge transfer, promote best practices, build networks and contribute to the development of high-quality CAR-T programmes across Europe.
Successful applicants receive:
- €4,000 for the trainee's organisation to support the observership.
- €4,000 for the host organisation to support conference attendance.
