ISCT has appointed Dr. Joaquim Vives as the JACIE representative for a 2-year term effective immediately until October 2027. He follows in this role Dr Fermin Sanchez-Guijo who stepped down from this role earlier this year.
Dr. Vives is currently leading Research and Development of Advanced Therapies at Banc de Sang I Teixits in Barcelona, and he was the immediate past ISCT Regional Secretary. Dr Vives has extensive experience in the R&D biotech sector both in private and academic environments.
JACIE Working Party is delighted to welcome Dr Vives to the Working Party Board’s meetings.
