EuroTraCTOR consortium convened for its 2nd Coordination Workshop on 1st April 2025 in Florence, alongside the 51st Annual Meeting of the EBMT. This event provided an opportunity to review project progress, exchange updates, and define upcoming priorities within the EuroTraCTOR grant, and beyond.
The meeting opened with a welcome and project update, presenting the current status, amendment process, and key takeaways from the interim periodic reporting. A central part of the programme was the Work Package 5 (WP5) Integration interactive session, reflecting the work package’s focus on pilot exercises for integrating hospital data flows with the EBMT Registry. This was followed by a recap of recent registry developments and an overview of work package plans, leading into a discussion on the scope and implementation of the integration pilot.
The workshop also featured a timely roundtable on the new SoHO Regulation and its implications for registry stakeholders. The session, moderated by EBMT’s Advocacy and Quality of Care Director, included presentations from DG SANTE, EDQM and GAPP-PRO initiative. A constructive exchange followed, focusing on collaborative opportunities within the evolving regulatory framework.
With the major technical development finalized within the scope of the grant and WP5 activities entering a key implementation phase, the consortium continues its coordinated efforts towards achieving the project deliverables and successful completion.
EBMT extends its thanks to all participants for their continued engagement and contributions to another productive EuroTraCTOR coordination meeting.
