EBMT Organization
EBMT is pleased to announce the appointment of Yann Mahé as its new Managing Director.
Originally from Paris, France, Yann brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience across the scientific, medical and technical information sectors, as well as the publishing industry. He holds a Master’s degree from Université Paris-Saclay and has built an international career focused on helping researchers access, analyse and advance their work.
Throughout his career, Yann has held senior roles spanning IT product innovation, project management, sales and marketing, leading multicultural teams across global environments. He is also a frequent speaker at international conferences, serves as Board Member and Treasurer of gf2i (Groupement Français de l'Industrie de l'Information) and leads the Working Group on Open Science.
At EBMT, Yann will focus on turning the Society’s scientific strategy into action by aligning the organisation, strengthening collaboration and reinforcing EBMT’s position in the international scientific community.
As Yann shares, “Our vision remains to better serve the scientific and clinical community by delivering high-quality data, research and education as efficiently and effectively as possible.”
