Changes to Sharepoint User Accounts for Centres applying to the JACIE Accreditation

JACIE has changed the way the SharePoint User accounts for document submission is managed from the 4th of August 2023.
 
SharePoint User Accounts will no longer be individual logins; rather JACIE will provide a Generic Centre User account which will be used throughout the Accreditation process. The User name will look like this:
City(Location of the Centre).JACIE_ID@ebmtshare.onmicrosoft.com

We will continue to contact the designated Contact person of the Centre for any information related to the Centre's Accreditation Process and all documentation uploaded in the assigned SharePoint User account. The Contact person of the Centre will therefore remain the main point of contact and responsible for the Centre's SharePoint User account. This will streamline the process of assigning and managing the Sharepoint Logins in the Centres and in the JACIE Office.

JACIE Inspectors will see no change and they will continue to use a personal SharePoint User account (Name.Surname@ebmtshare.onmicrosoft.com) for all Inspector related activities. Active Inspectors who are also the main contact person for a Centre can continue to use their own personal JACIE Inspector User account to manage their Centre Accreditation. In addition, they can request a generic User account for their Centre for it to be used by other Centre Key personnel.

Accreditation Coordinators will continue to explain all necessary steps to be taken by email during the JACIE Accreditation process. For any general queries, please contact jacie@ebmt.org
