EBMT is pleased to introduce its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, a roadmap for the Society’s priorities and impact over the next four years.
Developed collaboratively by EBMT President Ibrahim Yakoub-Agha, who assumed the presidency following the 2026 Annual Meeting, Managing Director Yann Mahé and the wider EBMT leadership team, the plan reflects a shared “One EBMT” ambition: to strengthen EBMT’s role as the leading scientific and professional community in transplantation and cellular therapy.
The plan sets a clear direction for a scientifically led, digitally enabled and operationally efficient EBMT. Its five strategic pillars focus on scientific leadership, data and digital transformation, education and community engagement, global reach and equity, and the organisational capabilities needed to deliver these ambitions.
Together, these pillars provide a shared framework for how EBMT will work with its community and partners in the years ahead:
