As a Nurses Group, we recognise that there is opportunity to invest in the next generation of transplant nursing leaders and increase the appeal and reach of EBMT to nurses who have more recently embarked on a career in transplant nursing.
The role of the Next Generation Nurse Representative creates an opportunity for an early career nurse working in the field of HCT and cell therapy to join our scientific committee as a voice for the Next Generation of transplant nursing leaders.

Member of the Research Committee
The Research Committee aims to co-ordinate and lead the development of a programme of research in HCT and cell therapy nursing and other topics deemed relevant on behalf of the EBMT Nurses Group, progressing evidence based practice and clinical knowledge. The committee works closely with the EBMT Nurses Group Board and all other Committees/Working Parties affiliated with the EBMT Nurses Group.
