The course attracted over 50 delegates from across Europe and from further afield (Africa and South East Asia). Grants were available for delegates from outreach countries and for delegates that presented cases at the meeting. For the first time the course opened its doors to specialist nursing staff. The course covered all aspects of the modern management of malignant lymphoma including diagnostics, conventional therapies, novel agents and the role of stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy. The faculty of internationally renowned speakers covered all of the new developments in lymphoma care. Challenging cases were presented by course delegates and provided a focus for lively debate at the meeting. There was further opportunity for delegates and faculty to mingle at the “meet the expert lunch” and at a delightful dinner held in the beautiful grounds of the Bristol Zoo.
