The Project Management Office (PMO) is the central structure coordinating EBMT’s scientific projects and activities. It ensures alignment with strategic priorities, supports decision-making, and optimises the use of resources across studies and collaborations. The PMO is composed of the Chief Medical Officer, Managing Director, Scientific Council Chair, and Scientific Council Co-Chair.
