How can I prepare for the Physicians Exam?
We are currently updating the course content for the 2027 exam edition, you can access the 2026 version but note that it won't be accredited and won't count as part of the requirements.

This online preparatory course, is your best resource to help you prepare for the EBMT Exam.
The 2026 edition course included the following content:
- The EBMT Handbook, a globally recognised reference in HCT and CT.
- Insights from the EBMT Annual Meeting 2025 and other EBMT educational events throughout the year, particularly the 10th International Transplant and Cellular Therapy Course.
- A curated selection of key articles from leading haematology journals, focusing on recent developments and evidence-based practices.
This programme was accredited with 110 EBAH credits.
What details should I know about the exam?
• Time limit: 150 minutes (9:30–12:00 CEST)
• Format: 100 multiple-choice questions. Each question has four options with one correct answer.
• Attempts: Only one attempt is allowed.
• Passing score: The passing threshold will be determined based on the results and will fall within the 70%–75% range.
The exam will be administered electronically on laptops via our e-learning platform.
Will I receive a certification?
Successful candidates will receive EBMT certification.
Certificates will be issued on 21 April 2027.
EBAH accreditation has been requested.

Participants must show up at least 45 minutes in advance after badge pick up. The room door will close sharp at 09.30h CEST.
