Lymphoma Working Party Educational Course 2024

The EBMT Lymphoma Working Party Educational Course is a yearly 2-day meeting on transplant and cellular therapy for lymphoproliferative diseases. 

The meeting starts with the Business Meeting, where all current and future studies are discussed. This is a unique opportunity for new or future members of the Working Party to get to know the activities and get involved in ongoing or future projects. 

The core programme covers the most frequent types of lymphoma such as Hodgkin lymphoma, aggressive and indolent non Hodgkin lymphomas including mantle cell and peripheral T cell lymphoma. One of the sessions also focuses on rare entities. Presentations are given by experts with a focus on educational and pedagogic value. Time will also be allocated to interactive case presentations. The programme is built to target a broad audience of trainees, nurses and early to mid-career practitioners interested in lymphoma and cellular therapy. 

The 2024 edition of our meeting will welcome you in the great city of Rotterdam. Rotterdam is easy to reach by plane (30 minutes from Schiphol) but also very conveniently by train from all Europe. Besides the convenience of access and public transportation, Rotterdam has a unique architecture and atmosphere, including safe biking through the city and boat trips on the so-called water taxi. Rotterdam offers the perfect mix between International and Dutch cultures and is an ideal short trip destination for all public.

The registration will close on October 20, 2024, or when the registration is sold out.

The fee includes access to all scientific sessions and catering and networking dinner according to the programme.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be electronically mailed or postmarked by using the option “Modify registration”.

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• In case of cancellation, up to one month prior to the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full (less bank charges).
• If the cancellation is notified between 15 and 30 days prior to the beginning of the meeting, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (less bank charges).
• Cancellations notified between 1 and 15 day registration fee will not be refunded.

Certificate of Attendance

After the event, you will receive an email with a short survey to evaluate the course. After the survey is completed, you’ll be able to download the certificate of attendance.

Travel and accommodation

Participants will be responsible for covering their travel and accommodation costs. The below map shows some accommodation options near the course's venue.

Important information 

EBMT cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to the private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Please ensure that you have a valid passport/ID to travel to The Netherlands. Should you need a visa letter, you will be able to download it after the registration process.

In order to collect your EBAH-CME credits, we recommend you create an EBAH-CME account by clicking here. After the meeting, an updated attendance list will be uploaded to the EBAH-CME website.
