General Information
The JACIE Inspector Training Course will take place on 14 – 15 November 2019 in Barcelona, Spain.
This course is mainly designed to train new JACIE Inspectors and priority will be given to these candidates. A small number of places will be available for anyone working in the transplant setting who is interested in JACIE but is not interested or is not qualified to become an inspector.

Registration Criteria: Inspector Candidates
In order to be admitted to the course as an inspector candidate, participants must meet the criteria to be an inspector described here and pass a 15 minutes interview on the phone based on soft skills. If you have any doubts or questions about the criteria, please contact the JACIE Office at inspectors@ebmt.org

Note: Registration via this web page does not guarantee a place on the course. JACIE reserves the right of admission to the course. You may not be admitted to the course if you do not satisfy the criteria. JACIE may request advice from national contacts when deciding whether to admit a candidate to the course.
Cost
To secure participation in the course, there are two categories:
• Centre Participants will be charged a registration fee of 100€. Please, note that the number of registrants for this category is limited to 5 registrants.
• Inspector Candidates will be charged a registration fee of 50€.
Once the acceptance of application by JACIE office, a password will be sent to you and you will be able to register in your category.
Once is done, this payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation. JACIE will cover tuition, course materials, coffee breaks and lunches during the course, plus one evening dinner.

VENUE
The Jacie Inspector Training Course will take place at the Ayre Hotel Gran Via in Barcelona.
ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL
Participants will be responsible for covering the costs of travel, accommodation and subsistence while attending the course

The Ayre Hotel Gran Via is located in the Eixample district, very close to the trade fair complex, Plaça Espanya, and a stone’s throw from Sants train station (AVE high-speed trains).

Access by CAR/TAXI:
Drive for 15 minutes from El Prat Barcelona Airport to the Ayre Hotel Gran Via.
Access by TRAIN:
From Barcelona Sants Estació, you can walk for 20 minutes to the venue or take the 109 bus that stops in front of Barcelona Sants Estació and will leave you in Plaza España.
Access by PLANE:
From Barcelona El Prat Terminal 1: exit the terminal at Barcelona airport and you will find the bus stop A1 that will take you to the center of Barcelona. Get off at Plaça Espanya and walk for 5 minutes to reach the venue.
From Barcelona El Prat Terminal 2: take the R2 train line to Sants Estació. From Barcelona Sants Estació, you can walk for 20 minutes to the venue or take the 109 bus that stops in front of Barcelona Sants Estació and will leave you in Plaza España.
