The EBMT Statistical Course combines lectures and practical sessions covering data collection, descriptive analyses, basic statistical testing, confounding, survival analysis, competing risks and how missing baseline values can be handled.

The registration will close on 5 October 2026 at 23:45 CEST, or when sold out. Places are limited.
EBMT Members can use their CIC code to enjoy the early bird fee until the registration closes or it is sold out. If you are not part of EBMT yet, please consider becoming a member. For more information, visit this page.
Check this webpage to see if your country is eligible for LMIC Resident discounts. Countries listed under the headings “Low-Income Economies” and “Lower-Middle-Income Economies” will be considered for the LMIC Resident discount. Ukrainian residents will also be considered for the LMIC Resident discount.
The registration fee includes access to all sessions and catering during the event according to the programme. The registration fee includes VAT.
You can pay by credit card or wire transfer. Should you need a VISA letter, you’ll be able to download it after the registration process.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be done through the registration system by modifying your registration, and must be notified to education.events@ebmt.org. Refund of the registration fees will be as follows:
- For cancellations notified 30 days prior to the beginning of the event, your registration fee will be refunded in full (minus bank fees).
- For cancellations notified between 30 and 15 days prior to the beginning of the event, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded (minus bank fees).
- Cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to the beginning of the event will not be refunded.
Certificate of Attendance
After the event, you will receive an email with a short survey to evaluate the course. Once you have completed it, you will be able to download the certificate of attendance.

The Educational Meeting will be held in Leiden, The Netherlands, only in person at the Golden Tulip & Tulip Inn Leiden Centre.

Travel and accommodation
Participants will be responsible for covering their travel and accommodation costs. Please note that EBMT does not manage hotel availability or set prices.
Important information
EBMT cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to the private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Please ensure you have a valid passport/ID to travel to The Netherlands. Should you need a VISA letter, you will be able to download it after the registration process.
