On behalf of the Infectious Diseases Working Party of the EBMT, we are very pleased to invite you to our Educational Meeting dedicated to several infectious complications of hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients (HCT). It will take over from 16-18 November 2023 in Athens.

Abstract submission
Open until 15 October 2023, 23:45h CET.
These grants are:
- Oral Presenter Grants: to benefit from this grant, please send a copy of your CV, an expression of interest letter together with a Case Report on the course topic (max: 300 words) in English to education.events@ebmt.org before 15 October 2023, 23:45h CET.
Guidelines for the case report presentation submission:
- Word or PDF document
- Word limit: 300 words (excluding the title and authors)
- The case can be structured like an abstract or descriptive (e.g. Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions)
- It is mandatory to title the case report and to list all the authors
Young investigators will be prioritised
Selected case presenters will participate in the Scientific Programme and will get Free registration.

IMPORTANT:
Please do not register before getting the confirmation that your case has been selected. Confirmations will be available from 23 October 2023. Case presenters selected will have free registration to the course. If your case is not selected, we will offer you the Early Bird fee.
Please note that by submitting a case report, you are committing to attend the meeting in person.
Registration
The registration will close on the 12th of November 2023, or when the registration is sold out.

*Nurses, PhD tudents, Studensts in training and data managers will need to provide accreditation (ID card or letter from your institution) during the registration process.
Fee includes entry to all sessions, coffee breaks and lunches during the course, and the networking dinner.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed or postmarked by using the option "Modify registration".
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- In case of cancellation, up until one month prior to the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full (less bank charges).
- If the cancellation is notified between 15 and 30 days prior to the beginning of the meeting, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (less bank charges).
- Cancellations notified between 1 and 15 days registration fee will not be refunded.
Certificate of Attendance
After the event, you will receive an email with a short survey to evaluate the course. Once you have completed it, you will be able to download the certificate of attendance.

Accommodation
There are several hotels located in the city centre. We recommend booking your accommodation nearby of the course venue.

Athens Polytechnic Uprising Remembrance Day is observed in Greece on November 17th every year. As per last years, Authorities in Athens may impose security measures in the city. Also, certain metro access stations, like Syntagma, Omonia, Panepistimio, Megaro Moussikis and Evangelismos, may be temporarily closed (trains run through but do not stop at). EBAH-CME Accreditation
