2022年11月18日第二届EBMT-中国科学论坛在中国滨海之城天津隆重召开，本届论坛由欧洲血液和骨髓移植协会（荷兰）基金会上海代表处（以下简称EBMT上海代表处）和中国医学科学院血液病医院（中国医学科学院血液学研究所，以下简称天津血研所）共同主办，EBMT上海代表处的代表郑谊先生和代表助理俞佳女士出席了本届论坛，约100位中欧血液学大咖和青年医师们通过线上线下相结合的方式积极参与了论坛，论坛注册人数近500人。本次大会以“急性白血病”为主题，重点围绕AML化疗及新型药物发展，MRD指导AML治疗选择，AML的异基因造血干细胞移植4个专题分别进行了学术分享和深入的探讨，解析了当前最前沿的中欧科研学术成果和中欧临床经验。

On November 18, 2022, The Second EBMT - China Scientific Forum was held in Tianjin, a coastal city in China. This forum was co-organized by the EBMT Foundation Shanghai Office and the Institute of Hematology & Blood Diseases Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Science & Peking Union Medical College (hereinafter referred to as Tianjin Institute of Haematology), Mr. Zheng Yi, the general representative, and Ms. Yu Jia, the assistant to representatives of EBMT Foundation Shanghai Office have attended this forum offline. About 100 Chinese and European haematologists and young doctors actively participated in this in-person and online event. And there were about 500 persons registered to watch the forum online. Specifically, this forum, themed "Acute Leukaemia", highlights discussions on concerning 4 topics such as Chemotherapy in AML and the latest developments in Emerging Drugs, MRD Guides AML Treatment Choices, Autologous and Allogeneic Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation for AML and more. Participants will have the opportunity to draw on novel research outcomes and updated clinical experience in the fields between China and Europe.

The Executive president of the Forum, Professor Erlie JIANG, Director of the Stem Cell Transplantation Center of Tianjin Institute of Haematology, has presided over the opening ceremony.

在开幕式上，天津血研所的程涛院长对来自中欧各国的参会专家及同道们表示欢迎。他表示，尽管因疫情影响，很多专家都不能到现场参会，但日益增进的科学发展以及病患需求，仍促使我们展开了多领域的科学交流。自1986年天津血研所进行了中国国内第一例AML自体移植后，血研所一直在发展移植新技术，希望通过论坛交流能给更多的血液病患者带来福音。

 At the opening ceremony, the president of Tianjin Institute of Haematology, Professor Tao CHENG welcomed all the experts and colleagues from China and Europe, and he expressed that although many experts were unable to attend the meeting due to the impact of the epidemic, the growing scientific development and the needs of patients still prompted us to carry out scientific exchanges in various fields. Since Tianjin Institute of hematology carried out the first AML autotransplantation in China in 1986, it has been developing new transplantation technologies, hoping to provide good care for our patients with blood diseases through forum exchanges.

论坛中方主席天津血研所副院长王建祥教授表示天津血研所与EBMT之间有长期的友好合作，很多天津血研所的医师都曾到EBMT或欧洲临床移植学中心进行培训学习，促进了中国骨髓移植领域的发展。

The Chinese president of the forum, Professor Jianxiang WANG, the associate president of the Tianjin Institute of Haematology, stressed that Tianjin Institute of Haematology has long-term friendly cooperation with EBMT. Many doctors of Tianjin Institute of Hematology have been trained in EBMT or European Clinical Transplantation Center, which has promoted the development of the BMT in China.

论坛欧方主席科罗格教授代表EBMT主席苏芮达教授感谢天津血研所对论坛开展的大力支持，很高兴看到中欧两地的血液学专家和青年医师能积极参加论坛并分享各自在AML治疗领域的真知灼见。

On behalf of Professor Anna Sureda (the president of EBMT), professor Nicolaus Kröger, the European president of the forum, expressed his gratitude for the support of Tianjin Institute of Haematology for the 2^nd EBMT-China Scientific Forum. professor Nicolaus Kröger said that he was very glad to see hematologists and young haematological doctors from China and Europe actively participated in the Forum and shared their insights in the field of AML treatment.

随后，论坛欧方主席EBMT上海代表处首席代表高汉院士在致辞中回顾了80年代就与天津血研所建立了往来，肯定了天津血研所在骨髓移植方面的成就，希望通过论坛的交流，能开展更深入的合作。

And then, the European president of the forum, academician, professor Norbert Claude Gorin (the chief representative of EBMT Foundation Shanghai Office), reviewed the communication and cooperation with Tianjin Institute of Haematology since the 1980s, affirmed the achievements of Tianjin Institute of Haematology in BMT, and hoped that through the exchange of the forum, we could carry out more in-depth cooperation.

最后，天津市科技局梅志红副局长发表致辞，表示天津血研所和EBMT这两大国际知名血液学机构在天津举办第二届EBMT-中国科学论坛，将促进天津医疗，教育，产业体系方面的发展，天津市科技局将始终支持血液学领域的国际交流合作，并不断推动血液及移植领域的发展。

Finally, Mrs Zhihong MEI, Deputy Director, Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, gave her opening remarks, she expressed that Tianjin Institute of Haematology and EBMT, these two famous international hematological organizations chosed to jointly host the 2nd EBMT-China Scientific Forum in Tianjin, which would promote the development of medical, education and industrial systems in Tianjin. And Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Bureau would continue to support the international exchanges and cooperation in the field of haematology, and continue to promote the development in the field of haematology and transplantation.

在论坛的4个专题讨论环节中，来自中国各地和来自欧洲法国、西班牙、德国、意大利和英国的血液学专家分别从中欧观点出发对各个课题进行了分享和热烈的探讨,每位与会人员都获益匪浅。

During the 4 thematic sessions of the Forum, haematologists from China, France, Spain, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom shared and discussed each topic from the perspective of China and the Europe, and each participant felt that they had benefited greatly from the forum.    

借此机会，EBMT见习委员会的2位青年医师负责人也向大家介绍了EBMT为全球的青年医师提供了丰富的教育资源和活动项目。

And during the forum, two senior physicians in charge of the EBMT Trainee Committee also took the opportunity to introduce the rich educational resources and activities provided by EBMT for young doctors around the world.

会议最后科罗格教授和姜尔烈教授都预祝EBMT-中国科学论坛能够越办越好，并期待能与各位专家进行面对面的交流，同时对EBMT上海代表处推动支持中欧血液学的交流合作表示了肯定和感谢。

At the end of the forum, professor Nicolaus Kröger and Professor Erlie JIANG jointly wished the EBMT-China Scientific Forum would be better and better, and wished that we could have face-to-face exchanges in the future. Meanwhile, they expressed their appreciation and gratitude to EBMT Foundation Shanghai Office’s efforts for the exchanges and cooperation in haematology between China and Europe.
