The new resource guides inspector team leaders through their responsibilities during the inspection process – from start to finish! It was written in collaboration with experienced team leaders and is a companion piece to the JACIE Inspector Handbook. The content is based on practical experience that will help new team leaders fulfil the role more confidently and get the best out of the centre being inspected and the inspection team.
The contents include the roles and responsibilities of the team leader, points for leading a remote inspection, and covers top tips on how to manage inspection challenges. In future, the JACIE office will share the guide directly with team leaders when they are appointed to an inspection.
JACIE understands that the quality of inspections determines the value of accreditation. We are focused on supporting our inspectors in their development and value the contribution they make.
