On 18 November 2025, the EuroTraCTOR consortium met for its 3rd Coordination Workshop, bringing together project partners to review the current status of the project and prepare for the closure of all remaining activities under the grant.

The workshop opened with a brief welcome followed by a dedicated session on Work Package 5 (Integration). EBMT presented an overview of WP5 progress to date, outlining the current status of the pilot integration activities. This was followed by presentations from two consortium hospitals, which shared their experiences from the pilot exercises and demonstrated how the developed solutions were tested in practice.

The session then continued with discussions on possible future directions for EBMT’s integration efforts. Participants also considered how data extraction and import processes could be further developed to support member centres with varying levels of digitalisation. Compliance-related aspects of WP5 were also addressed, including a presentation on how these integration efforts align with European legislation (GDPR and AI Act). Finally, an interactive discussion allowed partners to exchange views, raise questions, and provide feedback on the work carried out so far.

The second part of the workshop focused on Work Package 4 (Registry Development). EBMT presented updates on recent registry developments and outlined the remaining steps planned before the end of the project. This was followed by an interactive session in which partners discussed the development work and exchanged ideas on the potential future evolution of the EBMT Registry, including aspects of data collection and registry functionalities.

The final session covered updates on project management (WP1) and evaluation activities (WP3). EBMT provided an overview of the project status and upcoming reporting requirements, while ISS-CNT presented an update on the evaluation activities.

The 3rd Coordination Workshop marked the final full consortium meeting of the EuroTraCTOR project and provided an opportunity for partners to align on the remaining steps ahead of the project’s conclusion at the end of 2025.
