As of 30 September, EBMT Tools is live!

EBMT Tools is a browser-based application built to help Data Managers and EBMT members work with Registry data in a simple manner, obtaining quick insights and easy calculations.

This application runs in your browser, meaning your data never leaves your computer. Files are processed locally, and no data is ever uploaded anywhere.

EBMT Tools is:

  • A tool to pivot data downloaded from MicroStrategy, to get all data in 1 row per treatment or patient;
  • A merge tool, to merge patient data that is divided over multiple files;
  • Outcome analyses such as survival curves, GvHD risks, relapse incidence;
  • HLA calculator, to help identify the number of matching loci, and calculate the donor type.
