Is this the first time your Centre is applying for the JACIE Accreditation (Initial Accreditation process)?
If yes, please remember that JACIE requires that Centres seeking the initial JACIE Accreditation to send at the time of application both:
- A completed Application form
- A completed Checklist for the current edition of the Standards
These two documents can be found on our website here.
Please ensure that all applicable fields are filled out in the Application form, and that all applicable Standards have an assessment and a self-explanatory supporting comment in the Checklist.
Applications will only be accepted and reviewed at the receipt of both documents.
Centres applying for Re-accreditations will continue to send the Checklist at a later stage, together with the pre-audit documentation.
