Trends in donor characteristics for unrelated SCT in AML
Objectif principal:
To assess :
1. trends in donor characteristics in unrelated stem cell transplantation from 9-10/10 HLA compatible donors in patients with acute leukemia both AML and ALL and
2. assess their impact on transplantation outcome. We will look on three decades and compare putative between the most recent transplantation decade 2019-2019 to the 2 previous ones
Principaux critères d'inclusion:
• De novo AML and ALL
• All disease status
• adults, age ≥ 18 years
• 9-10/10 HLA compatible unrelated donor transplants
• Transplant dates 1989- 2019
• PBSC or bone-marrow as the stem cell source
• Myeloablative or Reduced- intensity conditioning
