The staff at the Barcelona Office play a crucial role in the effective management, coordination and administration of the EBMT. Staff are divided amongst many different units, including education, legal, congress and events, communications, compliance, marketing, IT and HR. JACIE staff also work from the Barcelona Office and promote high-quality patient care and medical and laboratory practice through a profession-led, voluntary certification in the field of HCT and cellular therapy.

The staff at the Leiden Office are involved in coordinating and supporting clinical research studies within the EBMT community. Together with the offices in Barcelona and Paris they manage the EBMT Registry. It is the backbone of EBMT’s research and educational activities. The staff from these units play a crucial role to ensure the quality, accuracy and integrity of our patient and financial data. Through this research, EBMT aims to advance cellular and stem cell-based therapies to save and improve the lives of patients with blood-related disorders.

The Paris Office hosts EBMT’s Managing Director (Yann Mahé), as well as the PSU unit, part of the CRRD department. The PSU team works closely with EBMT's Working Parties: ALWP, ADWP, LWP, PDWP, TCWP and HWP, as well as the GoCART team. The team consists of Study Coordinators (Leads), statisticians and data managers who collaborate closely with physicians to publish both academic studies and collaborative research projects with pharmaceutical companies.
