The Executive Committee (ExCom) is responsible for overseeing the implementation of EBMT’s strategy and ensuring the effective management of its scientific, operational, and governance activities. It acts as the central link between the Board and the EBMT offices, supporting decision-making and execution across the organisation. The ExCom consists of the President, Secretary, Treasurer, Scientific Council Chair, and Scientific Council Co-Chair.
