Proof of your status will be requested and is required during the registration process for all discounted categories.
** Low-to-Middle Income Country (LMIC) Resident
Low-to-Middle Income Country (LMIC) residence status will be requested and is required during the registration process. Countries that are defined as low-income economies (US$1,135 or less GNI per capita) or as lower-middle-income economies (US$1,136 to US$4,495 GNI per capita), as defined by The World Bank Group, are eligible to apply for the LMIC discount. Check this webpage to see if your country is eligible for the LMIC Residents special registration fee. Countries listed under the headings “Low-Income Economies” and “Lower-Middle-Income Economies” will be considered for the LMIC discount.

Special Discounted Registrations
Quality Management Day Pass (In-person and Virtual)***
The Quality Management Day Pass provides access to all the Quality Management programme activities on Tuesday, 24 March 2026, as well as the virtual Quality Management content. Please note that the Quality Management Meet the Expert sessions are only available to those attending in-person.
In-person Day Pass****
The In-person Day Pass (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) provides in-person and virtual access to that day’s sessions. This registration category is for individuals only, and one person can only purchase one Day Pass.
Patient, Family and Donor Day
Access to the Patient, Family and Donor Day is provided within full in-person registration. If you are interested in attending only the Patient, Family and Donor Day - you can register separately for free here.

Virtual Platform
A few days before the Annual Meeting begins, you will receive an email (to the email address you registered with) containing the link to access the virtual Annual Meeting platform, your login information, and information about the EBMT 2026 Mobile App. The virtual Annual Meeting platform will officially open on Sunday, 22 March 2026 in the morning and will remain open for one month afterwards to enjoy the congress content on-demand.
Please note that if you complete your registration between 22 and 25 March 2026, your virtual platform credentials might take 12-24 hours to become active, and you will not have access to the virtual platform until they are active.

Payment Options
Payment of registration and accomodation can be made by credit card or by bank transfer at the time of completing the online registration form.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent to the registration@ebmt.org. All transaction fees should be paid by the sender.
All registration fees will be invoiced in Euros and should be paid in Euros.
Invitation Letter
You can complete this form to generate an invitation letter for the purposes of applying for a VISA or other purposes related to attending the 52nd Annual Meeting of the EBMT.
IMPORTANT: Please note that if any embassy contacts the EBMT to validate the invitation letter, the EBMT will only give positive feedback if the person applying for the VISA is registered for the 52nd Annual Meeting of the EBMT and the registration fees are fully paid.
Badge Scanning
All in-person attendees will receive a badge with a QR code that must be worn at all times while on the premises. Your badge may be scanned while entering certain lecture halls.
For certain industry symposia, an in-person attendee may be asked to have their badge scanned by the staff of the company organizing the symposium. If, during the registration, the attendee did not provide consent to share their contact information with third parties, only their Institution/Company, Role, and Country will be shared. If the attendee consented to share their contact information with third parties, their Full Name will also be shared. This is also applicable to all virtual attendees of industry symposia.
At the exhibition area, if an in-person attendee allows an industry exhibitor to scan their badge, they are consenting to have their personal contact information shared with the third party scanning the badge. The information shared will include: Full Name, Email, Institution/Company, Role, and Country.
Cancellation Policy (for individual booking only)
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to registration@ebmt.org. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before 19 January 2026 - 100% refund (minus €50 handling and transaction fees).
Postmarked from 20 January 2026 - 50% refund (minus €50 handling and transaction fees).
No refund on cancellations sent after 24 February 2026.
This cancellation policy also applies to changes from the In-Person to the Virtual registration.
Refunds of cancellations will be processed in April/May 2026 following the completion of the Annual Meeting of the EBMT.

Liability & Insurance
The Meeting Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 52nd Annual Meeting of the EBMT. Participants shall have no claim against the Organisers in respect of any loss or damage consequential upon the prevention or postponement of the Event, or of the virtual Event hall network becoming wholly or partially unavailable for the holding of the Event by reason of happenings of any event beyond the Organisers’ control.
