- To book a room, attendees can use the booking link provided. This is not a form (i.e., a Word file) you must send.
CME-Congresses is the official Organiser (PCO) in terms of registration and accommodation for the 51st Annual Meeting of the EBMT and will offer specially reduced rates for the Meeting participants.
If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing and registration for the 51st Annual Meeting of the EBMT in Florence and/or virtually, please note that these companies are not authorised to represent the EBMT in any way.

🏨 Useful Information
Reservation and payment
Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied, and full payment is received or alternatively a bank transfer of the total amount is received within 10 days of invoice date to the bank account appears on the invoice. Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the sender. Potential additional incidentals, such as mini-bar and telephone, must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.
Early departure fee
Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.
Liability
CME-Congresses and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Group reservations
Should you wish to proceed with a group reservation (more than 10 rooms) we kindly invite you to contact us with your accommodation request at accommodation@ebmt.org.
Cancellation policy (for individual bookings only)
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to CME-Congresses.
- Cancellations received 4 months prior to arrival - full refund minus 50€ handling and transaction fees.
- Cancellations received 2 months prior to arrival - 50% refundable minus transaction fees.
- Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival - non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and payment will be non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed in May 2025 following the completion of the Annual Meeting of the EBMT.

- Taxi: 15-30 min taxi transfer
- Public Transportation - 26 min trip: please take the T2 Tramway direction Unita to Rosselli Station and walk 6 min to the Fortezza Da Basso Congress Venue.
Pisa - Galileo Galilei International Airport
- Located 90km from the Congress Venue.
- Taxi: 55min to 1h30 min taxi transfer
- Public Transportation - 1h30 to 2h trip: please take the train from the Pisa Centrale Train Station to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station and walk 6 min to the Fortezza Da Basso Congress Venue.
Rome - Fiumicino International Airport
- Located 330km from the Congress Venue.
