How to identify fraudulent websites and booking agencies
There is an increasing number of fraudulent websites that impersonate the 52nd Annual Meeting of the EBMT. We would like to alert all our members, congress faculty, delegates and partners to be aware of possible scams and to strongly advise you to only use the official online congress registration and accommodation services for your bookings:
Official Registration for EBMT 2026: https://www.ebmt.org/annual-meeting/register
Hotel & Travel Information for EBMT 2026: https://www.ebmt.org/annual-meeting/hotel-travel
- Hotel booking information is only shared in the registration confirmation.
- To book a room, attendees can use the booking link provided. This is not a form (i.e., a Word file) you must send.
CME-Congresses is the official Organiser (PCO) in terms of registration and accommodation for the 52nd Annual Meeting of the EBMT and will offer specially reduced rates for the Meeting participants.
If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing and registration for the 52nd Annual Meeting of the EBMT in Madrid and/or virtually, please note that these companies are not authorised to represent the EBMT in any way.
