**Low-to-Middle Income Country (LMIC) Resident

To make education accessible for all, we offer a special discounted registration for residents of Low Income Countries (LIC) and Low-to-Middle Income Countries (LMIC). If you reside in an LIC or LMIC as defined by The World Bank Group, you may qualify for this reduced registration fee. 

Check your eligibility here and if you are eligible, complete your registration here. During the registration process, select first whether you are a member or not, and then in the next screen you can choose the option of Low-to-Middle Income Country Residents from the list.

Low-to-Middle Income Country (LMIC) residence status will be requested and is required during the registration process. Countries that are defined as low-income economies (US$1,135 or less GNI per capita) or as lower-middle-income economies (US$1,136 to US$4,495 GNI per capita), as defined by The World Bank Group, are eligible to apply for the LMIC discount.
 

***Quality Management Day Pass (On-demand)

The Quality Management Day Pass provides access to all the Quality Management programme activities on Tuesday, 24 March 2026, as well as the virtual Quality Management content. Please note that the Quality Management Meet the Expert sessions were only available to those attended in-person.

Payment of registration and accomodation can be made by credit card or by bank transfer at the time of completing the online registration form.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent to the registration@ebmt.org. All transaction fees should be paid by the sender.

All registration fees will be invoiced in Euros and should be paid in Euros.

The programme of the 52nd Annual Meeting of the EBMT, to be held in Madrid, Spain, 22-25 March 2026, has been reviewed and approved for CME accreditation by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH) CME Unit.

The EBAH-CME Unit has approved this educational activity for a maximum number of 26 EBAH-CME credit points, and the time spent by the participants in the educational activities will be tracked for this purpose.

All participants may print an EBAH-CME certificate, indicating the number of EBAH-CME credit points awarded, directly from the CME section of the EBAH website at www.ebah.org.

EBMT certifies that the contents of this CME event are without advertisements and that the contents are presented scientifically and neutrally. We certify that speakers and authors disclose potential conflicts of interest appropriately.

How to collect your EBAH-CME credit points:

• Visit the following website: www.ebah.org
• Create a professional account (simple and free of cost) using the same email address with which you registered for the Annual Meeting
• The credit points will automatically be assigned to the account right after the conference, on 26 March April, and after the virtual platform closes on 26 April 2026.
• If your credit points do not automatically appear in your account after 2 May, please, contact: secretariat@ebmt.org

Within the EBAH-CME system, you can:

• Print your EBAH-CME certificate
• Review and manage your personal account
• Search for accredited events based on the European Hematology Curriculum

We would like to alert all our members, congress faculty, delegates and partners to be aware of possible scams and to strongly advise you to only use the official online congress registration and accommodation services for your bookings. Keep an eye out for these scams.

Liability & Insurance

The Meeting Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 52nd Annual Meeting of the EBMT. Participants shall have no claim against the Organisers in respect of any loss or damage consequential upon the prevention or postponement of the Event, or of the virtual Event hall network becoming wholly or partially unavailable for the holding of the Event by reason of happenings of any event beyond the Organisers’ control.
