Jane Apperley at Imperial College London, is responsible for the overall coordination of the CLINT project, with administrative support provide by the Project Officer, Andrew Tonner. The overall aim of this work package is to ensure the effective management of the project to the level required by the EU, ensuring financial accountability and transparency of the project and its delivery according to the agreed schedule.

More specifically to:

• Organise bi-annual meeting of the CLINT Steering Committee
• Work with Work Package (WP) chairs to co-ordinate WP specific meetings
• Seek the advice and input of the Scientific Advisory Board
• Produce a plan for using and disseminating knowledge and update as necessary
• Ongoing liaison with the EU, thought the Project and Finance Officers appointed
• Compilation of project reports, including financial statements and audit certificates and the compulsory  Report on raising public participation and awareness
• Preparation of the Final plan for using and disseminating knowledge

Project Report

The initial plan for Using and Disseminating Knowledge is included on the Disemination section of the website, together with an updated Plan on Use of Knowledge prepared at Month 13 of the project.  A pdf copy of this document is also included as appendix 1: section 2  to the Periodic Management report on the Management section of the website.  

Bi-annual meetings of the CLINT Steering Committee have been organised and minutes of these meetings are included in the deliverables table below (D2). 

The Coordinator is in regular liaison with the EU Desk Officer assigned to the CLINT project to communicate changes and seek approval in relation to modifications in the implementation of the project. A Periodic Management report was duly submitted in month 14 of the project and the documents submitted to the EU are available for consultation on the Management section of the website.
