Primary objective:
To assess if uric acid acting as danger signal and released during conditioning therapy is associated with occurence and severity of acute GvHD​
Key inclusion criteria:
First allo-SCT from HLA-matched sibling donors given stem cell grafts (bone marrow or peripheral blood) without T cell depletion, patients with AL, MDS or Lymphoma, Myeloablative and dose-reduced conditioning
