Bids for EBMT 2011 and EBMT 2012 meetings
To facilitate your understanding of the process please study the EBMT Venue Bid Manual.
The EBMT Venue Bid Manual aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the selection procedure, eligibility & evaluation criteria, the meeting requirements and specification of the contents of the bid document, to ensure a fair and transparent process for selecting venues.
In addition, an updated version of the EBMT Annual Meeting Rules and Regulations is now available in the Operational Manual to be found on the EBMT website.
Anyone interested in submitting a bid is welcome to proceed with an 'Expression of Interest to Bid' by the deadline of 1st May2008.

With
the growth in size of the EBMT annual meeting, fewer venues have the capacity
to host the meeting. As there is high demand for these venues it is increasingly
necessary to book them further in advance. As reported in the last edition of
the EBMT News, on AKM’s advice the Board has therefore decided to conduct
the venue selection for EBMT 2010 and EBMT 2011 together. Members are now invited
to submit a bid to host these meetings. If you are interested in hosting the meeting
please inform
