Questionnaires
& Surveys EBMT CLWP and LWP survey
on the outcome of autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation for Richters
transformation The CLL subcommittee of the Chronic
Leukemia Working Party is conducting a survey to identify patients with Richter's
transformation. Currently these patients are not clearly registered in the EBMT
data base. We hope that your participation in collecting data for this small but
very interesting patient's group, will help to provide further data concerning
a retrospective survey regarding patients transplanted from 1997 to 2006. To
download a pdf version of the survey, click here Data
will be collected through a pre filled MedB form, click here Additional
Information can be found in the study invitation letter, click here The
survey should be completed and sent to the address below or to the following fax
number +49 180 500 290 623 or +49 711 4900 8723 before 30th November, 2007
