How to participate as a center:

Prior to entering your first patient in this trial, you should obtain a version of the Informed Consent document in your own language. For insurance please check (see list below) if your country is one of the participating countries already. If not, please contact Kim Champion of the trial office in London to extend the insurance for your country.

Combining the trial protocol with the Informed Consent document and the insurance statement will allow you to submit the protocol to your local Ethics Committee.

Trial Organisation:

This trial is being organised under the auspices of the European Bone Marrow Transplant Group (EBMT). The trial questions asked can only be answered in an international collaborative study.
Registration, datamanagement and collection of forms will be carried out by the Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit at the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf. Data-entry into a separate trial database will be done at the CLWP Data Office in Leiden.

Insurance policy:

Since this is an official EBMT trial, the global European insurance policy of the EBMT can be invoked. The first center in any country to participate in this trial has to contact Kim Champion in London to activate the EBMT policy for this trial in that particular country. After confirmation from London, all subsequent patients entered into this trial in all participating centers in that particular country, are insured automatically.
